CRM 2016 - Customer relationship

Hi Everyone,
I don't know if you have noticed, but Microsoft introduced new type of lookup field in the customization area.
From CRM 2016 8.1.0.362 we are able to create a regular 1:N Customer connection between entities and Account/Contact.
So we can now really mimic the behavior of Opportunities, Quotes and others...

If you don't see this feature in your CRM, then wait for the update.
Newly Created CRMs already include the latest update.

Hi again,
as you might noticed, I have not published any article for several months.
It was due to many changes going on in my work. I had to deal with other issues than the CRM itself.

Now I am back and I'm working with CRM (for different company though) and I will be posting new articles again.
